Return, Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

Replacement or exchange may be requested in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect product received

  • Size-related issues (where applicable)

Once approved, the replacement product will generally be delivered within 5 business days, subject to location and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain spiritual and religious products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Items returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
